By downloading, installing, or using the Prophetic Chronometer application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use the app.

DESCRIPTION OF THE APP

The Prophetic Chronometer is a timekeeping and historical reference application that displays live calibrated figures based on a verified historical anchor point from February 1934. The app is provided for educational, historical, and personal reflection purposes.

INFORMATIONAL PURPOSE

The figures, timelines, historical events, and framework presented in the Prophetic Chronometer are provided for informational and educational purposes only. FlightSchool LLC makes no legal, financial, medical, or professional claims based on the content of this application. Users are responsible for how they interpret and apply the information presented.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Prophetic Chronometer app, including its calibration methodology, design, code, features, documentation, and all associated content, is the intellectual property of FlightSchool LLC. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this application without express written permission from FlightSchool LLC.

The calibration framework, the prophetic timeline methodology, and the mathematical formulas embedded in this application are proprietary to FlightSchool LLC and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

IN-APP PURCHASES

The Prophetic Chronometer offers optional premium features available through one-time in-app purchases. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Refund requests are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies respectively. FlightSchool LLC does not process refunds directly.

PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to use the Prophetic Chronometer to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary methodology of the application. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Prophetic Chronometer is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. FlightSchool LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information presented. The calibration figures are based on a documented historical framework and are presented within that context.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlightSchool LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Prophetic Chronometer application.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE APP AND TERMS

FlightSchool LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Prophetic Chronometer at any time without notice. These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version of these terms is always available at propheticchronometer.com/terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
